Mayor Banman has, under the intense scrutiny of the media, taken the step that political correctness and PR demanded \u2013 a photo op with his mayorness saying \u201csorry\u201d and shaking hands with the homeless.<\/p>\n
Mayor Banman\u2019s words do not constitute an apology.<\/p>\n
